Pretty Little Liars is one of the most successful TV series by ABC Family. It tells a story of four girls and their lives after the disappearance of their leader Alison. A year after the disappearance the girls begin receiving text messages from “A”, a mysterious person who knows their secrets from the past. Who is A? What about Alison? The girls will have to find out it all – all while risking their lives (spoiler alert: it turns out that Alison was murdered).

There’s really no surprise that so many people like this show. One of the strengths of this show is suspense. It’s a very well made mystery thriller, which makes it extremely compelling. Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are two of the most popular and intriguing shows. Whenever you read somewhere about the best TV series, someone will mention Breaking Bad and someone will mention Game of Thrones.

In today’s post we would like to do a little comparison of these two shows to let you know which show you should watch first (because both shows are definitely worth watching).

Before we start this comparison, you need to know that Breaking Bad is produced for AMC while Game of Thrones is an HBO show. It makes a huge difference, because AMC shows are available in many places, and most notably on Netflix. The best part about Breaking Bad is that you can easily watch it online. It isn’t possible with Game of Thrones, because HBO has a very restrictive policy and there are only several pay-per-episode sites to watch the show online.

Anyway, setting availability aside, here are a few things you need to know about both shows.

First and foremost, if you’re into fantasy, you don’t even have to finish this article – you’ll absolutely ADORE Game of Thrones. It’s unquestionably the best fantasy show ever created. As for Breaking Bad, it’s a great show for all people who enjoy crime, street life, thriller, etc.

Both of these shows are popular because of great actors. While we can’t argue that both Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones feature very talented actors, we are extremely fascinated by characters from Game of Thrones. Maybe it’s because there are so many characters, maybe because the plot is so deep, but we feel that if you enjoy great acting, Game of Thrones will be more interesting for you.

Breaking Bad is a great choice for all people who like character development and focus on one/two main characters. If you don’t enjoy shows where there are many characters to keep up, you should definitely start watching Breaking Bad.

To sum up, both shows are really good, but they cater to different audience. The good (and the bad at the same time) thing about Breaking Bad is that there are 5 seasons and that’s it, the show is over. With Game of Thrones, we can expect much more than five seasons, and there’s a long waiting period between each new season.

Dual Survival on Discovery Channel is one of the best survival shows.

Dual Survival is a Discovery channel survival show. In our opinion it’s one of the best reality TV shows for all fans of survival skills. Why is that so? Well, there are many reasons. In this article we will list just a few of them:

1. You can learn a lot from it

Dual Survival is not like Man vs. Wild. Advice from this show will actually help you survive instead of dying in the wild by doing stupid things like drinking your urine. Cody Lundin is one of the most knowledgeable guys when it comes to survival. Dave Canterbury, and later Joseph Teti (learn more why Dave was replaced in this article: “Dual Survival Cancelled?”) are also very knowledgeable guys, although they use different techniques to survive in the wild.

2. It’s funny

Cody, co-host of the show, is a really funny guy who frequently cracks jokes. We burst out laughing many times when watching this show which only adds to its entertainment value!

3. It’s shot in beautiful locations

Some of the locations featured in the show are simply speaking breathtaking. Tropical jungles, mountains, deserts, forests – it’s all in there (beautiful, but deadly if you don’t know how to survive in the wild). If you are a fan of the wilderness, you will love this show simply because of incredible locations they choose to show how to survive in the wild.

When it comes to survival skills, there aren’t that many good survival shows. We also recommend Canadian show “Survivorman” which is much more authentic than Dual Survival, but sometimes a little bit boring.

The Walking Dead comic is one of the best comics that were adapted into a TV series.

The Walking Dead is one of the most popular TV shows. Not all people know that it’s based (loosely) on a comic book series of the same name. If you’re into comics and if you like The Walking Dead, you will surely love the comic book series as well.

The story starts in a similar way, and with each issue, although there are some similarities, the story evolves in a slightly different way than the TV show, which is a great thing – even if you’ve read the comic book series, you won’t know what will happen in the TV show (by the way, check this article, if you want to learn more about the show and places where you can watch it; http://www.tvseriesyoulove.com/where-can-i-watch-the-walking-dead/ is another great article). And vice versa – if you’ve watched all episodes from the show, the comic book series will still surprise you.

Some differences include the age of Carl (8 years old in the comic book series, 13 years old in the show), particular events involving main characters (we won’t spoil anything here), and some new characters (most characters are the same, and they even look very similar).

The biggest drawback of the comic book series in our eyes is that it’s black and white. We would love to read this comic book series in full color. You can get used to that after reading a few issues, but we would still love to have a colored version of the comic book series.

As for The Walking Dead, there are also some games that have been already released or that will be released in 2013. We definitely look forward to these games as well – hopefully they will have a different scenario than TV show and comic book series so that you can experience a completely different story.

There are also two books about The Walking Dead (they are about the Governor). We haven’t read them yet, but from reviews it seems that they aren’t very good (so we still hesitate if we should read them).

Last but not least, of course there’s the show that you can watch on AMC TV and in many other places (check them here). We expect that there will be even more things related to The Walking Dead such as new books, even more video games, and maybe even a movie (hopefully not, because we can’t imagine fitting the whole story into 2 hours of the movie).

We highly recommend checking out both the comic book series and the show as well as other products from the franchise if you’re a fan of The Walking Dead.
